Description:
Palama Settlement is a community based social service agency that provides a safe environment where children, adults, senior citizens and families can participate in recreational, athletic, cultural, health, educational and social programs. Community outreach workers link families to essential resources to obtain services. Hawaii Food Bank, Federal food surplus and emergency food pantry distribution is conducted. A computer center, swimming pool, gym and youth drop-in center is available for community use. Sports and summer programs for youth are available.
Mission is to improve the physical, social, educational emotional and cultural aspects of the individual, family and community life in the Liliha-Kalihi-Palama area of Honolulu.
